Instructions
Step 1

First boil some spaghetti in a pot with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil and stir it with tongs
Step 2

While the spaghetti cooks pour oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, pieces of sausage, chilli flakes and any seasoning of your choice
Step 3

Once the spaghetti is cooked add a splash of the pasta water to the oil, drain the water and add the spaghetti
Step 4

Lastly, once the spaghetti has turned light brown plate it up and serve with some homemade wedges
