Step 1
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately
Step 2
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fold so it's combined but not over combined.
Step 3
Cool on medium low heat.

Step 4
Combine all ingredients except vanilla and baking soda. Heat on medium heat until boiling. Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Take off heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
