Instructions
Step 1
Cut the Chicken breasts into bite sized cubes.
Step 2
Coat them with some starch
Step 3
Oil a pan with the sunflower oil. And heat to medium heat
Step 4
Cook the chicken without having them on top of each other. Cook until nicely toasted on both sides And put aside while only keeping 15mL of oil in the pan.
Step 5
Put the garlic, the chilis, brown sugar in the pan with the remaining oil. Cook Until sugar disolves on low heat
Step 6
Add the soy sauce and the sesame oil mix well And add the cooked chicken without their oil. Mix well on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir constantly.
Step 7
Serve with Sesame seeds And green onions.
