Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all the dry ingredients and cheese in a medium sized bowl
Step 2
Add egg, milk and melted spread or butter and mix well
Step 3
Spread in a 20cm square tin ,well greased
Step 4
Bake for 25-30 minutes (oven 180°C fan oven) or until lightly browned
Step 5
Cut into 9 squares and leave to cool in tin
Step 6
Keep in an airtight tin for up to a week
