Cottage cheese pancakes are super simple to make, full of healthy ingredients, low in calories, high in protein and best of all fluffy and delicious.

¾ cuplow fat cottage cheese
2whole eggs
2egg whites
½ cupprotein powder
½ teaspoonbaking powder
1 tspvanilla essence
oil
to fry pancakes

Alternatives
substitute protein powder
for coconut flour or high protein flour
can substitute coconut oil with olive oil
or butter
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender & blend until well combined.

Spray frypan with oil (i used coconut oil)

Pour pancake mix into moderate - hot frypan
Ladle
Step 4
cook 1 - 2 minutes ach side until golden
