Instructions
Step 1
Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, heat 2.5 cups of the broth to boiling.
Step 3
Stir in carrots, onion and garlic-pepper blend: reduce heat to medium.
Step 4
Cover; cook 6 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in broccoli; cook 2 to 4 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 6
In small bowl, mix remaining 1 cup broth and the cornstarch; stir into vegetable mixture.
Step 7
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Step 8
Increase heat to high.
Step 9
Stir in cooked noodles and chicken.
Step 10
Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
