Instructions
Step 1
Mix garlic chilli vinegar herbs and oil together- add salt and pepper set aside
Step 2
Combine the lamb and egg I'm a large bowl
Step 3
Form into patty shapes
Step 4
Fry on a griddle pan for 3-4 minutes or until firm and cooked
Step 5
Spread the yogurt onto the burger bun and spoon a layer of the garlic and chilli mixture over the yogurt
Step 6
Serve burger with rocket and crumbled feta
