Instructions
Step 1
Microwave butter in a 4” ramekin for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Mix the flours and baking soda in a ramakin.
Step 3
Combine the flaxseed and water then add to the flours and mix
Step 4
Microwave for 2 minutes on high
Step 5
Let cool for a few minutes, then scrape the sides to remove, slice in half, toast, and enjoy.
