Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Step 2
Stir together pickled vegetables, next 4 ingredients, and 1 Tbsp.
Step 3
olive oil.
Step 4
Place dough on a lightly floured surface.
Step 5
Cut dough into 4 equal pieces.
Step 6
Roll each piece into a 7-inch circle.
Step 7
Place 2 dough circles on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Step 8
Spoon vegetable mixture on top of dough circles, mounding mixture on dough and leaving a 1-inch border.
Step 9
Moisten edges of dough with water, and top with remaining 2 dough circles.
Step 10
Press and crimp edges to seal.
Step 11
Cut small slits in tops of dough circles to allow steam to escape.
Step 12
Brush with remaining 1 Tbsp.
Step 13
olive oil, and sprinkle with

Parmesan cheese.
Step 15
Bake at 425° for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 16
Cut in half to serve.
