Marinade
600gpork belly
or pork shoulder, thick slices
½ Tbspminced garlic
½ Tbspshallot
minced
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspoyster sauce
½ Tbspsugar
⅓ tsppepper
2 tspsesame oil
½ tsppaprika
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all Part 1 (Marinade) ingredients and massage the spices with the meat well. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil to a large frying pan. When hot, layer the meat and quickly cook both sides, no need to cook through. Add coconut water and water to the pan. When boil, lower the heat to medium low and cover the pan for 5 minutes
Step 3
Turn the meat to the other side, close the lid for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the lid and let it cook until there's no more liquid. When it's almost done, turn the meat to the other side to coat it, about 25 minutes
