I made this drunken pasta the other night for my parents and they loved it! Almost like a vegeterian bolognese... It's easy and great comfort food as well! Enjoy!

Instructions
Step 1
Dice onion into small bits. Grate carrot and garlic. Prepare your chicken broth (it can be storebought).
Step 2
Fill your pot with water and bring it to the boil. Add 3 pinches of salt and a drizzle of oil to prevent pasta from sticking to the pot.
Step 3
In a pan put a drizzle of oil. Add onions and as they turn lightly brown or almost seetrough add carrots and garlic. Let it sizzle for couple of minutes, then add your chicken broth little by little. As the chicken broth lightly vapors add a shot of vodka (to spice things up). After another couple of minutes add a pinch of salt, black pepper, cayenne and oregano (you can use fresh if you'd like). Now it's time to add tomato passata. Again after another couple of minutes add heavy cream (idk about 2 shots) and cheese of your choice (mozzarela or any other). Here it should be thicc sauce ;)
Step 4
Pasta is done, so drain the pasta and now just mix it in the thicc ;) sauce and if you'd like add more cheese on top. Now just serve it and enjoy. Bon apetit! - ANONYMOUS WINE ๐ถ๏ธ
