Mixed Daal Stuffed Chilla Recipe πππ
**Makes 10 Chilla**
**Ingredients**
1/2 cup mung beans
1/2 cup urad daal
1/2 cup chana daal
1/2 cup toor daal
1/2 cup rice
1 onion
1 Tomato
100 gram Paneer
1 bunch fresh coriander
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp Sambar Masala
1 tsp salt
Water
Oil
Recipe Instructions
- Wash all the pulses and rice properly then in one bowl soak them in water atleast for 5 hours
- add soaked ingredients into blender and make smooth better for chilla
- add water to the better to adjust the consistency and add salt as per taste
- heat a pan on medium heat then grease it with oil
- Pour the better in the centre of the pan then start spreading better in circular motion until better is well spread
- Sprinkle some sambar masala, onion, tomato and paneer on top of it.
- Drizzle some oil around the chilla and let the chilla cook until its base become golden brown.
- one base is golden brown turn off the flame and serve it with Garlic Chutney, Tomato sauce and mayonnaise π
