Step 1
Preheat your iron while you make the waffle batter.
Step 2
Whisk eggs in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add flour, milk, and vegetable oil and mix to combine.
Step 4
Whisk in sugar, then mix in baking powder, salt, and vanilla just until smooth, being careful not to overmix. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that's OK.
Step 5
Cook until golden brown and the iron stops steaming, 3 to 5 minutes
Step 6
Drizzle with maple syrup after :D
