Fried rice with Chinese sausage
This is my kids comfort food. So easy and a perfect way to use up leftover rice! If you don’t have Chinese sausage, sub with spam, ham or bacon.

Step 1
Heat oil then add garlic and onions. Cook until fragrant then add the Chinese sausages. Cook for 2 minutes then cook the scrambled eggs. Toss in rice, season with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the rice is soft.
