Instructions
Prep
Step 1
Mix your chicken with yoghurt, garam masala, ground ginger, paprika, cayenne, and salt. Marinade overnight.
Step 2
Cook some rice in advance and leave it overnight (we're essentially gonna be making fried rice)
Actually Cooking (woo)
Step 3
In a pot, add some olive oil, then start cooking your chicken. Once it gets some nice color and is pretty much fully cooked, take it out and place it in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add a bit more olive oil into your pot, then add your onions and garlic. Once they're cooked, add the rest of your vegetables till everything's nice and tender.
Step 5
Add your rice into the mix (and some more olive oil if needed), as well as all your spices and soy sauce. Once that's all incorporated, add your chicken in and whirl everything around till it's become biryani fried rice (sorry India).
Step 6
Get yourself a nice serving, and enjoy!
