Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium frying pan, saute onion and pepper in olive oil on low heat for about five minutes. Add garlic and ham and cook for two more minutes. Add in tomato, basil, and spinach. Mix thoroughly and evenly distribute into the bottom of a lightly greased 9″ by 9″ pan or keep it in the oven-safe skillet
Step 3
Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl. Pour over ham/veggie mixture. Sprinkle with pepper.
Step 4
Bake for 45-60 minutes uncovered until the eggs have set.
Step 5
Let cool for a few minutes then place on a dish to serve.
