Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 450F
Step 2
put all ingredients except milk in blender (cut up butter a little) and blend it
Step 3
mix with milk in a bowl
Step 4
roll out on floured surface to 1/2 inch thick
Step 5
cut with floured cookie cutter, DO NOT ROTATE
Step 6
place on butter-rubbed pan
Step 7
cook until golden brown ~10 min
