Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, or thin circles.
Step 2
Wash potatoes in water.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step 4
Add potatoes to pan, and barely cover potatoes with hot water. Stir occasionally and wait 20 minutes until the water has evaporated.
Step 5
Add olive oil to potatoes and stir. Turn over once one side is golden crispy.
