Instructions

For egg stir-fries

Step 1
Stir-fry non-egg ingredients with salt until slightly soft/cooked
Step 2
Scramble eggs in small bowl
Step 3
Toss egg with stir-fry until cooked

For Basic Meat + Vege Stir-Fries

Step 4
Stir-fry meat in oil on its own until mostly cooked
Step 5
Remove meat from pan and set aside. Stir-fry sauce ingredients until fragrant.
Step 6
Add back in meat and veges, stir-frying until veges are of desired tenderness

For Sweet + Sour Stir-Fries

Step 7
Stir-fry onion +/- garlic until the onion starts to turn translucent. Add the sauce ingredients and veges, simmering until veges are of desired tenderness
Step 8
Fry snapper with salt in oil until crispy. Put on plate; spoon sweet and sour sauce over just before serving.
