Instructions
Step 1
Season the steak with the salt and pepper and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat up some oil and sear the meat. Add the chopped garlic and let the juices absorb, about 8 minutes.
Step 3
In a blender add the onion, 2 garlic cloves, spices, vinegar and blend it. Add the tomatoes and blend it again with some water and add it to the meat. Taste for salt
Step 4
After about 20 minutes add the cilantro, the jalapenos and potatoes. Taste for salt again. Let it cook for about 30 minutes.
