Instructions
Step 1
Place the tomatillos, serrano peppers, jalapeño, and half an onion into a pan with a small amount of water.
Step 2
Once the water evaporates, blend the tomatillos, serrano peppers, jalapeño, and onion with garlic. Add a small portion of cabbage, cilantro, and salt in the blender.
Step 3
Pour 6 cups of water into the instapot. (A conventional stovetop pot can be used instead, however cooking times will vary). Stir in the broth sauce, hominy, and meat. Set the instapot setting to stew/broth.
Step 4
Slice the topping ingredients and serve over Pozole when finished.
