Instructions

Step 1
Cook lentils on the bouillon for 20 minutes
Step 2
At the same time chop carrots, onion and potatoes in dice.
Step 3
Add the chopped vegetables and boil until cooked.
Step 4
Cook rice in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes
Step 5
Slice and toast the sausage. Add to the lentils pot. Simmer for 5 minutes in low heat.
Step 6
Serve lentils with a side of rice
