Instructions
Step 1
Whisk flour and salt in a large bowl
Step 2
Add yeast and sugar to warm water, wait till yeast activates. Around 15 mins
Step 3
Whisk in the yeast water into the flour.
Step 4
Mix with wooden spoon till it comes together.
Step 5
Flour surface knead for 8 mins and slam it around a couple of times.
Step 6
Grease bowl with oil and put the dough in. Roll around till oiled and cover for 2 hours
Step 7
Punch down dough and divide into 8 balls. Cover and rest for 10mins . Flour surface and roll dough balls thin. Rest covered while rolling the others
Step 8
Cook on high heat till bubbles form and flip on other side. If thin enough it should balloon. Once finish put on plate and cover with inverted plate.
Step 9
Finish the rest of the dough
