Step 1
With the oil, cook the chicken in a big pot.
Step 2
When it starts to get golden move the chicken to another recipient.
Step 3
Cook the garlic and ginger together for a bit. If you're using chilli, also add it now.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, coconut milk and peanut butter. Mix them well until the peanut butter melts and mixes.
Step 5
Add garam masala and let it boil for a few minutes.
Step 6
Add the chicken to the pot again, along with the shredded coriander.
Step 7
Serve with rice and shredded peanuts.
