Step 1
Cook veggies, pepperoni, seasonings, and garlic, in separate bowl mix eggs and cream mix. Spray muffin tins, add veggie mix and then pour egg mix over. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. When cooked remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese
