Instructions

Step 1
Dice chicken and onion. Place in pot and cook with oil till brown.
Step 2
Pour in white wine ( just enough to cover chicken). Heat to boil, add bay leaves, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 3
Add cream of chicken soup, paprika and chili powder. Let cook stirring occasionally for 20 mins.
Step 4
Serve over rice.
