Instructions
Step 1
Prep french fries per instructions.
Step 2
Take ahi amarillo and low-sodium soy sauce and whisk until combined. Then set off to the side.
Step 3
Season meat with cumin, kosher salt, and fresh black pepper. Add lime and a little bit of soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Set flame to med-high. Add canola oil and cook meat in small batches to cook really quickly. You do not want the meat to sweat. It will continue to cook later. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Step 5
Remove meat and then add the onions and minced garlic and grated ginger. Once sauteed, add the tomatoes for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Now, add the cooked steak and toss with veggies. Then, add the sauce from earlier. Once mixed well, add the french fries.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve food hot.
