Step 1
1. In a large bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli flakes and vegetable stock
2. Cut tofu into medium sized cubes and place into the marinade, mix well so all tofu is covered
3. Leave to marinade for 6 hours or overnight
4. Once tofu is finished marinading, remove from left over marinade and place into a frying pan and fry until golden (put marinade aside to use later)
5. Meanwhile, chop vegetables into bite sized pieces
6. Once tofu is cooked, add veggies and cook until tender
7. Prepare noodles according to instructions on package
8. Add noodles to the pan with remaining marinade and combine well
9. Serve
