Instructions
Step 1
Wash and slice/dice potatoes and boil for 4-5 minutes
Step 2
Add green beans and cook for another 5 minutes
Step 3
Drain veggies, set aside
Step 4
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, coat with mustard (Dijon) and breadcrumbs
Step 5
Place in pan, cook for 4-5mins, flip another 3-4mins, until pork reaches internal 145°
Step 6
Remove from pan and set aside
Step 7
Add veggies to pan, cook for 4-5 mins, add some honey mustard vinaigrette and salt and pepper
Step 8
Drizzle vinaigrette over meat before serving
