Mexican Chocolate chilli and black bean soup

Instructions
Step 1
Soak beans night before
Step 2
When soaked drain and rinse beans
Step 3
Boil in saucepan for 10mins then simmer
Step 4
Put onion garlic and chill, paprika cumin and oil in to saucepan until onion softens
Step 5
Add carrot to saucepan, red wine, tomatoes and stir through
Step 6
Crumble in stock cube, dark chocolate
Step 7
Add 400ml of boiling water
Step 8
Drain beans and tip in to pan, stir leave to simmer for 20 mins or till the carrot is tender
Step 9
Serve hot
