Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle the yeast in the hot water (105°-115° above 130° kills the yeast) then sprinkle the sugar over the yeast. This will bloom the yeast. After 5 minutes of blooming, add the garlic, dry milk, 3 cups of flour, and salt. Mix the dough in a stand mixer with a bread hook until combined. Then add 2 tablespoons of cubed softened butter 1 cube at a time. Once incorporated, add the remaining cup of flour and knead in the stand mixer for about 10 minutes. Remove bowl from mixer. Hand mix the dough into a nice ball. Move to an oiled bowl, turning the ball to coat the dough in oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set in a warm place. Allow dough to rise until it doubles in size (1 to 2 hours depending on warmth and age of yeast). Heat pizza stone in 470 degree oven. Brown the sausage and remove from pan. Saute the veggies in the sausage drippings and butter, garlic garlic seasoning and garlic salt. Spread cornmeal on a pizza peel and sprinkle on garlic salt, garlic garlic seasoning, and italian seasoning. Shape the dough into two pizza crusts. Place the dough on top of the cornmeal. Brush the dough with melted butter. Spread tomato paste on the dough. Top with sausage and veggies then sprinkle cheese over the pizza. Sprinkle with garlic salt, garlic garlic seasoning and italian seasonings. Bake at 470 degrees for 8-10 minutes on the bottom rack until cheese starts to bubble and brown.
