Stuffed Pepper Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F

Bring a salted pot of water to boil
Step 3
Add the peppers, onions, seasonings and ground beef to a large pan over medium high heat. Break up the beef and cook until the peppers and onions are soft and beef is cooked through; about 10 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and stir to combine and heat through.
Step 5
Meanwhile, while the beef and peppers are cooking, cook the pasta to al dente and drain.
Step 6
Add the beef mixture to the drained pasta and mix well.
Step 7
Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish. Add half of the pasta to the dish. Spread 1 cup of the shredded cheese over top. Add the rest of the pasta then the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes.
