Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in 10" skillet on medium-high heat

Sprinkle chicken with pepper and cook until brown on all sides and cooked through (~6 min)

Transfer chicken to plate and cover

Add cream to skillet

Stir in mustard and tarragon. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens
