Vegan Flammkuchen (Tarte Flambee)

This is such a common street food dish in Germany and I used to love it before I turned plant-based! It's usually very high in saturated fat and is served with bacon on top so I came up with my own version.
This recipe might not be the most traditional or authentic one but it tastes as good as the real deal and is so much better for you.

Step 1
Knead all ingredients into a dough. Add some more flour if it’s too wet. Slice into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each of them and fry in a pan 2 min on each side.
Step 2
Then add onto a grill and wait around 3-5min until crispy. Serve with your favorite toppings.
