Instructions
Step 1
Dice the butternut squash into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until soft
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and garlic and sauté them with the spinach
Step 3
Blend the cashews, roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, hummus, lemon juice, cinnamon, paprika, maggi and water
Step 4
Combine with the mushrooms and spinach and serve with rice or pasta
