Instructions
Step 1
Heat up oil in a pan on high heat and add mince. Leave the meat, don't let it move, get it nice and brown on one side then start to stir it/break it up


Step 2
Add onion and garlic to browned mince


Step 3
Season with salt and pepper (remain on high heat)


Step 4
Grind the cumin and mix in other herbs and spices. Grind.




Step 5
Add tomato puree and spice blend to the mince. Mix and fry together to absorb the beef fat.

Step 6
Add chopped tomatoes and chicken stock.

Step 7
Drain beans and add to pan, mixing all ingredients.

Step 8
Add bay leaves. Season to taste (salt, pepper or fish sauce) and simmer down to a happy consistency or until ready to serve. Could add some thickener if you want.



Step 9
Serve with cheese and sour cream.
