Instructions

Step 1
Put all ingredients except for the chicken and coconut cream in a pan and heat. Add a tiny bit of coconut cream.
Step 2
Coat chicken in flour and cook separately. Slightly undercook.
Step 3
Add chicken to sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over rice.
