Step 1
Chop up the veggies and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Add to a saucepan with the stock and bring to a boil.

Cook for about 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

Use a stick blender and whizz until smooth.
Step 5
Add the coconut milk, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 6
Serve with salmon flakes or cray fish and lime juice to taste.
