Instructions

Step 1
In large bowl, massage olive oil into the kale. Add apple, shallot, cheese and almonds and cranberries. Stir to combine. In separate smaller bowl combine vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk together then pour over salad ingredients. Mix well to combine. Can consume straight away or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
