Instructions
Step 1
Heat water in large pot with salt let boil then add the uncooked pasta. Cook until Al dente.

Chop garlic and onion into small pieces and devein and chop shrimp into large cubes
Step 3
In a cast iron skillet at olive oil on medium heat, once hot add the garlic and onion. Until the onions are translucent and the garlic is slightly toasted looking.
Step 4
Then add your pasta sauce and reduce the heat and let simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Step 5
Add pasta to roar bubbled water and cook till Al dente about 9 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.
Step 6
Keep sauce in cast iron skillet and add the shrimp, the pasta, and the mozzarella balls and combine. Once combined add the slides provolone cheese in a clock wise fashion. Then transfer to preheated oven
Step 7
Cook for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
