Instructions
Step 1
Skin the salmom fillets and pat them with a towel such that they're dry one the surfce
Step 2
Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients
Step 3
Fry the fish on medium-high heat in the olive oil (aroind 5 minutes each side)
Step 4
Take out the dish out of the pan and add the sauce in. Simmer until it becomes viscous
Step 5
Add the fish in the pan and cover it in sauce
