Instructions

Step 1
Heat sesame oil and canola oil in large skillet.
Step 2
In a small pan, heat a small amount of butter and whisk the eggs.
Step 3
When oil is hot, add chicken and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, then pull out and set aside on a plate, leaving the oil in the skillet.
Step 4
When the butter is hot, cook scrambled eggs, then set aside with the chicken.
Step 5
Add to the oiled skillet mixed veggies and cook until hot.
Step 6
Combine to large skillet with mixed veggies the chicken, eggs, rice, teriyaki, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together, cooking for 3-5 minutes until everything is hot. Enjoy!
