Instructions

Step 1
Cut the beef into tennis ball sized pieces and cook on high for a minute a side to start to brown
Step 2
Add in the veg and stir round for 2 minutes to get a bit of browning
Step 3
Add the rest of the broth, stir to combine and simmer on low for 4-6 hours til the beef is falling apart
Step 4
Pull the beef out the broth and shred it with forks
Step 5
Remove the bay leaves from the broth
Step 6
Pour all the liquid and veggies into a blender and blend it smooth
Step 7
Add some of this onto the shredded beef to rehydrate it, and enjoy!
