Instructions
Step 1
Mix rice, water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a rice cooker and cook until done.
Step 2
Mix crab, Mayo, wasabi, cream cheese and green onion.
Step 3
Spread rice over the bottom of a pan, then cover with a sprinkle of furikake.
Step 4
Layer the crab mixture over top
Step 5
Sprinkle more furikake and then drizzle with kewpie Mayo and Sriracha
Step 6
Broil for 10 minutes and serve on seaweed snack
Step 7
I like to add premade seaweed salad and more sriracha
