Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Parmesan, and Balsamic Reduction

Instructions

Step 1
Cut stems off, split in half, and dispose of lose leaves.
Step 2
Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and add to rotisserie basket.
Step 3
Cut bacon into bite size pieces and add to basket.
Step 4
Cook in rotating basket in the air fryer at 400 for 16 minutes or until bacon is crispy and Brussels are browned.
Step 5
Once plated, grate parmesan over the top, squeeze lemon, and drizzle balsamic.
