Instructions
Step 1
From 1 or 2 limes, squeeze 2 tablespoons juice. Cut remaining lime into 6 wedges; set aside for garnish. In blender, purée lime juice, yogurt, onion, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, cayenne and cloves until smooth. Place chicken and yogurt marinated medium bowl or in a recyllable plastic bag, turning to coat chicken. Cover bowl or reseal bag and refrigerate chicken 30 minutes to marinate.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450F. Arrange chicken on a rack in medium roasting pan (14" by 10"). Spoon half a marinade over chicken; discard remaining marinade.
Step 3
Roast chicken until cooked through, about 30 minutes. (Instant read thermometer inserted into thickest part of meat should reach 165F.)
Step 4
Transfer chicken to warm platter; garnish with lime wedges to serve.
