Instructions
Step 1
Dice onions, garlic, and vegan hot dogs.
Step 2
Heat oil in the pan and sauté onions and garlic.
Step 3
Add vegan hot dogs and fry until brown.
Step 4
Add oat cream, tomato paste, soy milk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and paprika.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat until thick.
Step 6
Prepare mashed potatoes by bringing salt and water to a boil.
Step 7
Boil potatoes until soft.
Step 8
Drain off water.
Step 9
Mash potatoes along with vegan butter, oat cream, and soy milk.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
