Ranch Roast -Crock Pot

My ex best friend's mom use to make this roast when I would come to her home. A lot of her food I fell in love with. Roast with carrots and potatoes was really all she made. But when I asked for her recipe, I remember her handful of wisdoms to cooking and one was make it your own. So that is just what I did.

Step 1
Turn on crock pot on low and add in beef stock. After adding stock add in roast of your choice, cover with seasoning to your taste. Add bouillon in before seasoning.

About 4-6 hrs of letting roast sit chop up your potatoes and other veggies to your liking and put in the roast. Except for the mushrooms you will add those in for the last 1hr of cooking the roast

After the veggies have been cooking for about 2-4 hrs you can add the mushrooms in and let sit for 30 minutes to an hr. Then serve and enjoy.
