Instructions
Step 1
Trim excess fat from pork joint
Step 2
Combine salt, pepper, paprika in a small bowl and rub over the joint
Step 3
Place onion and bell pepper in the slow cooker. Then add the pork
Step 4
Combine brown sugar and bbq sauce and pour over the pork
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
Step 6
Take the joint out of the slow cooker and trim off any excess fat from pork
Step 7
Shred the pork with two forks
Step 8
Serve with burger buns or rice
