Step 1
place steak in non-metal bowl
cover with onion, garlic, sugar and ginger
pour wine and soy sauce over the top
let stand 2-3 hours
drain and strain marinade
stir fry meat on high - remove from pan
stir fry some green pepper, mushrooms and chinese vegetables
in separate pan, heat marinade and thicken with cornstarch
mix meat, vegetables and marinade together
serve over rice
